Mediation rooms by the hour or the day
A joint-session room and a private caucus room for each side, in 7 buildings across Los Angeles and Philadelphia. Published prices, booked online, confirmed on payment.
What a mediation needs
A deposition happens in one room. A mediation usually needs several: a room where all parties, counsel and the mediator can sit together for the opening and any joint sessions, and a private room for each side, so the mediator can move between caucuses while each team talks freely.
Depo Pros rents those rooms by the hour, half day or full day, at published prices, in the same buildings we use for depositions. You bring the mediator; we provide the space and send arrival and access instructions with the confirmation.
How to put the rooms together
- Joint-session room: a Large Deposition Room for up to 12 (at 835 Wilshire Blvd, 611 Wilshire Blvd, 201 Wilshire Blvd and 1521 Locust Street), or a standard Deposition Room for up to 8 at any location for a small two-party matter.
- Caucus rooms: one Client Meeting Room (2–4 seats) per side, at the same building, subject to availability.
- Optional: an extra Client Meeting Room for the mediator to work between sessions.
The full-day rate covers 8 hours and applies automatically whenever it is cheaper than hourly or half-day pricing; anything longer is billed at the hourly rate. Online bookings are weekdays 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM local time, with at least 2 business days' notice.
