- Which Los Angeles locations have a large deposition room?
- The Large Deposition Room (up to 12 seats) is at 835 Wilshire, 611 Wilshire and 201 Wilshire. Every Los Angeles location has a standard deposition room (up to 8 seats; 6 at 611 Wilshire) and a client meeting room.
- What time zone are bookings in?
- Pacific time, the local time at the building. Your confirmation and calendar invite use the same time.
- How far ahead do I need to book?
- At least 2 business days online, weekdays 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. For anything sooner or a weekend, call (213) 232-3820.
- Can I bring my own court reporter?
- Yes. Depo Pros rents the room; bring any reporter you like, or ask us for a referral to an independent reporter in Los Angeles. Reporters bill you directly.
- What is the cancellation policy?
- Cancel at least 24 hours before your start time for a full refund. Later cancellations are credited toward a future booking within 12 months. No-shows are not refunded.
