The building
A deposition room on the Westside
When the witness lives or works on the Westside, a Beverly Hills room can save everyone the trip downtown, and a short trip tends to mean a witness who arrives on time and less worn out. It also gives you a neutral, professional setting that is not either side's office.
9100 Wilshire sits at the corner of Wilshire and Doheny, at the eastern edge of Beverly Hills. The Depo Pros room is Suite 333, on the third floor of the building's East Tower.

What is in the room
The standard Deposition Room seats up to 8, enough for the witness, the court reporter, defending and examining counsel and a couple more attorneys or a client representative. It comes with:
- Conference table with room for counsel, witness and court reporter
- Wi-Fi, power at the table, whiteboard or display
- Water and coffee service
- Videoconference-ready (bring your own laptop or request ours)
A Client Meeting Room (2–4 seats) can be booked alongside it for witness prep before the deposition or a private conference during breaks, at $50 an hour.
There is no Large Deposition Room at 9100 Wilshire. For more than 8 people, or a video deposition that needs space for a camera and lighting, the Westside option is the 12-seat room at 201 Wilshire in Santa Monica; Downtown, both 835 and 611 Wilshire have one.
Planning a Beverly Hills deposition
- Count the seats first: everyone at the table, including the reporter, any interpreter and client representatives. Up to 8 fits here.
- Book at least 2 business days ahead online. All times are Pacific time.

- Arrival and access instructions come with your confirmation. Forward them to the witness, the court reporter and opposing counsel: rooms are by appointment, and the instructions — not a receptionist — tell everyone where to go and how to get in.
- Parking is run by each building or nearby garages, not by Depo Pros, and rates vary. If your witness is driving, build in time to park; if parking matters for your matter, call before you book and we will tell you what we know about that building.

- How many people fit in the Beverly Hills deposition room?
- Up to 8 in the standard Deposition Room. The Client Meeting Room seats 2–4 and works for prep or a breakout. For a larger group, use a 12-seat Large Deposition Room in Santa Monica or Downtown.
- Can I hold a mediation in Beverly Hills?
- A small one. The standard room can host the joint session for two parties and a Client Meeting Room can serve as a caucus room, subject to availability. Call us to confirm how many caucus rooms are free on your date.
- What is the address for the notice?

- Do you provide the court reporter?
- No. Depo Pros rents the room and is not a court-reporting agency. Bring any reporter you like, or ask for a referral to an independent reporter who works in the Los Angeles area; we coordinate availability with the room, and the reporter quotes and bills you directly.
- What is the cancellation policy?
- Cancel at least 24 hours before your start time for a full refund. Later cancellations are credited toward a future booking within 12 months; no-shows are not refunded.
