Setting up a mediation in Center City
A mediation needs a room where everyone can sit together and a private room for each side. In Philadelphia:
- Multi-party or larger matters: the Large Deposition Room for up to 12 at 1521 Locust for the joint session, with a Client Meeting Room per side.
- Two-party matters with small teams: the standard room for up to 8 at 121 S. Broad or 1435 Walnut, with a Client Meeting Room as the caucus room.
Caucus rooms are booked at the same building, subject to availability. Depo Pros rents the rooms; you bring the mediator.

Why Center City
All three buildings are in Center City, close to hotels for anyone coming in from out of town. 121 S. Broad is steps from City Hall, where civil courtrooms of the Court of Common Pleas sit; 1521 Locust and 1435 Walnut are near Rittenhouse Square, with restaurants close by for a lunch break.
Arrival and access instructions come with your confirmation. Forward them to the witness, the court reporter and opposing counsel: rooms are by appointment, and the instructions — not a receptionist — tell everyone where to go and how to get in.
Rooms and prices by building
