Depo Pros
Court reporters

Bring your own reporter — or borrow our list.

Depo Pros is a meeting-room company, not a court-reporting agency. Most firms bring their own reporter. If you'd rather not source one, we'll refer an independent, certified reporter we work with regularly in that city. You contract with and pay the reporter directly.

How referrals work

  1. 1Tick “refer a court reporter” when you book a room, or send a referral request from this page.
  2. 2Our team matches your date, city and needs (real-time, video, interpreter) with reporters we work with regularly, and introduces you by email — usually the same business day.
  3. 3You confirm scope and rates directly with the reporter. Depo Pros doesn't mark up or bill for reporting services.
  4. 4Your confirmation includes arrival and access instructions to share with the reporter.

Who we refer

  • Certified shorthand / stenographic reporters licensed in the state of the proceeding
  • Independent contractors — not Depo Pros employees — who set their own rates and availability
  • Several also provide legal videography; for a certified video record we refer a separate CLVS- or AGCV-certified videographer
  • Real-time, rough-draft and expedited transcript options on request
