Service of Process Acceptance
We accept a hand-delivered summons, subpoena or legal document and notify you the same business day.
A process server delivers a summons, subpoena or other legal document to the location. We sign for it, scan it, and email you the same business day, then hold the original for pickup or forwarding. This is an accept-and-notify convenience — it does not appoint Depo Pros as your registered agent (see Registered Agent below for the formal, statutory role).
- California: $25 per delivery
- Pennsylvania: $20 per delivery
Good to know
- $25 per delivery in California; $20 in Pennsylvania.
- Requires an active client agreement on file so our staff can accept on your behalf.
- Forwarding the original by courier or mail is billed under Mail Receiving.
Service-of-process acceptance is a courtesy: we sign for a document a process server delivers to the location, scan it, and notify you the same business day.
