Registered Agent (Formal)

Depo Pros (through its operating entity) can act as your statutory registered agent — an Agent for Service of Process under California Corporations Code §1505 or a Commercial Registered Office Provider in Pennsylvania. We receive service and official state mail at a street address, scan it to you the same business day, and keep our registration current with the state.

• $149/year in California, $129/year in Pennsylvania. Set up by request; a written agent agreement is required (Pennsylvania mandates one).
