The buildings
How a mediation booking works
Most mediations need two kinds of space: a room big enough for everyone to sit together for the opening and any joint sessions, and a private room for each side where the mediator can shuttle between caucuses. At Depo Pros that means:
- Joint session: a Large Deposition Room for up to 12 ($1,050 for a full day) or, for a small two-party matter, a standard Deposition Room for up to 8 ($850).
- Caucus rooms: a Client Meeting Room (2–4 seats) for each side, $350 for a full day. Book them at the same building, subject to availability.
Depo Pros rents the rooms; you bring the mediator. If your mediator has a preferred setup, send it to us and we will tell you which building fits.

- [9100 Wilshire](/locations/beverly-hills-9100-wilshire), Beverly Hills: a standard room for up to 8, suited to a small two-party mediation.

Mediations that run past eight hours are billed at the hourly rate for the extra time. Bookings are weekdays 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific time; call us about anything outside those hours.
On the day
Arrival and access instructions come with your confirmation. Forward them to the witness, the court reporter and opposing counsel: rooms are by appointment, and the instructions — not a receptionist — tell everyone where to go and how to get in.
Tell each side which caucus room is theirs before the day starts, so the mediator is not playing traffic cop at 9 a.m. Water and coffee service is included with every room.

- Do you provide the mediator?
- No. Depo Pros rents the rooms; you bring your mediator. We can tell you which building and rooms suit the mediator's preferred setup.
- How many caucus rooms can I book?
- As many Client Meeting Rooms as are free at that building on your date. Book early for three or more sides, or call us to check.
- Can the mediation run all day?
- Yes. The full-day rate covers 8 hours; extra hours are billed at the hourly rate. Online bookings are weekdays 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Is the mediation confidential?
- The rooms are private, closed-door rooms booked only for your matter. Confidentiality of what is said is governed by your mediation agreement and the law, not by the room.
- What is the cancellation policy?
- Cancel at least 24 hours before your start time for a full refund. Later cancellations are credited toward a future booking within 12 months; no-shows are not refunded.
