Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Depo Pros is a brand of Same Day LLC (“we”, “us”). We provide meeting rooms and related services at the locations listed on this site. We are not a court-reporting agency, law firm or process-serving company.

2. Room bookings

Your booking is confirmed when payment completes at checkout; availability is checked against existing bookings before checkout opens. If, in an unusual case, we cannot provide the room, we offer a comparable room or refund the payment in full. Bookings are for the room, date and hours stated; time beyond the booked hours is billed at the hourly rate if the room is available.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the booking's start time are refunded in full. Later cancellations are credited toward a future booking within 12 months. No-shows are not refunded.

3. Court reporters and videographers

Court reporters and videographers we refer are independent contractors. They contract with you directly, set their own rates and are solely responsible for their services. A referral is not a guarantee of availability or quality, and we receive no fee from them.

4. Service-of-process acceptance

When you order service-of-process acceptance, we may sign for documents delivered to the location for you, scan them and notify you at the email on file the same business day. Acceptance is a courtesy and does not appoint us as your agent for service of process, registered agent, or attorney-in-fact, and does not make any service legally effective or ineffective. You remain responsible for responding to any document. Registered-agent service is a separate, written agreement.

5. Mail receiving

Mail receiving is provided under USPS Commercial Mail Receiving Agency rules and requires a completed USPS Form 1583. We may refuse or return items we are not authorized to accept. Items unclaimed after 30 days may be returned to sender or discarded after notice.

6. Use of the premises

You are responsible for your guests and for any damage beyond normal wear. We may end a booking for conduct that disrupts other clients. Recording in common areas is not permitted.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a booking or service is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including any consequence of a missed, late or defective notification.
